I'm Aidan, a therapist specializing in stress management and sleep improvement techniques.

As a trained cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist and registered paramedic based in Scotland, I have first-hand experience in the NHS dealing with stress, anxiety, insomnia, and burnout. Find out more about me here.

I am a member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (NCIP) and am bound by their respective standards and codes.

 

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​As a HCPC-registered paramedic, I have committed to engaging with evidence-based practice. This ensures that the stress management techniques and cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy methods that I use are informed by clinical research.
